Chongqing Foreign-Invested Enterprise Roundtable: Tax Session

Recently, the Chongqing Foreign-Invested Enterprise Roundtable: Tax Session was successfully held, jointly organised by the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce and the Chongqing Municipal Tax Service. Heads of 16 business divisions, centres and branch offices of the municipal tax service met with senior tax and finance executives from 14 key foreign-invested enterprises for in-depth discussions and coordinated solutions to tax-related issues.

Going forward, the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce will work with the municipal tax service to ensure that enterprise concerns are addressed through a closed-loop follow-up mechanism, establishing a tracking register and resolving issues individually to ensure that every request receives a response. Based on enterprise needs, the Commission will continue to refine its service framework and coordinate with relevant municipal departments to further enhance business support. Through the roundtable mechanism and the administrative service steward programme, it will maintain regular communication with enterprises while working closely with district and county governments and open-platform authorities to respond to business needs promptly, helping foreign-invested enterprises in Chongqing invest with confidence, operate with peace of mind and achieve sustainable growth.
