Recently, the Notice of the General Office of the General Administration of Sports of the People’s Republic of China on Vigorously Promoting Home-Based Scientific Fitness Methods (hereinafter referred to as the Notice) was issued, advocating that all regions should introduce fitness methods in combination with local actual conditions, so that people can keep fit at home.

The Notice mentioned that in order to meet the mass fitness needs during the period of epidemic prevention and control, local sports departments should actively advocate home scientific fitness under the unified leadership of the local party committee, government and the epidemic prevention and control headquarters.

It is worth noting that the General Administration of Sports has recommended the series of home scientific fitness guides compiled and published by China Sports Daily. Since January 29, the WeChat public account of China Sports Daily has pushed many home fitness guide articles. Take the two-point running with sensitive coordination and cardiopulmonary endurance exercises as an example, you only need to put two mineral water bottles and let the child use the sliding step to quickly move between the two water bottles. Do it for 10-20 times, and it is easy to do.

After consulting the relevant materials, we found that there are many ways to exercise at home. The entry-level can choose fitness APPs, such as Keep, Daily Yoga, etc. At home, you can use the video, motion picture, text and voice prompts provided by app to choose the right exercise for yourself. Even if you don’t go out, you can keep fit at home!
